Black media plays a crucial role in shaping public discourse, advocating for justice, and giving a platform to voices that are often underrepresented. However, Black media outlets continue to face unique challenges that threaten their ability to thrive. This town hall served as an opportunity to discuss these challenges, raise awareness about the importance of Black media, and inspire action from all sectors to support and sustain these platforms.
